By using Ta3i Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General

Ta3i Digital provides digital game codes, gift cards, and in-game currency for purchase. All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment

All payments are processed through Baridimob in Algerian Dinar (DZD) at the internal exchange rate. Prices displayed are final and include all fees. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DZD). The conversion rate from USD to DZD is updated periodically and may differ from the official market rate. Price discrepancies due to rate changes are not grounds for cancellation once an order has been confirmed.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via Steam friend trade, code delivery, or in-game transfer depending on the product. Delivery times vary but are typically within minutes of payment confirmation. High-demand items may take up to 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis:

• Undelivered orders — Full refund if we fail to deliver within 48 hours.
• Wrong product — If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Prohibited Content

Orders containing games with haram content (adult, gambling, or inappropriate material) will not be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our content policy.

Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Ta3i Digital is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Steam, Valve Corporation, Riot Games, or any other game publisher unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Ta3i Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
